Whilst China strives for total democracy, we can only wish they begin to clean up their air pollution which is contributing to Global warming and climate change.

This would be a wise option for all the of export dollars they have accumulated. for the future and the footprint that is being left behind for future generations to consider.

The sports people have already voiced their concerns regarding air pollution, and the Olympic body has suggested they may have to postpone some events on the day, because of it.

I agree with Mr Bob Vinnicumbe’s comments. I am an Olympian and I am ashamed that the International Olympic Committee has not insisted that the Chinese Government either adhere to the Olympic Charter and Code of conduct that they promised to in 2001, or strip them of the right to hold the Olympics at all. They have carried out the most henious crimes against humanity ever, including but not limited to the havesting of organs from the innocent citizens of China, the inhumane treatment of people when siezing their property to make way for Olympic venues and infrastructure, the disapearance of world renown human rights lawyer Gao Zhisheng who disclosed the facts of what is occuring in China today by the CCP to the US Congress. I have read the report,it is very disturbing and my heart goes out to this brave and compassionate man. I am asking the people of the world to listen to all that is being said by learned people all over the world and support the Global Human Rights Torch Relay and the end of suffering and persecution for the people of China. The Sanctity of Life and respect for human dignity overrides any sporting event including the OLYMPICS. If it is good enough for the Australian Government to support a boycott of Zimbabwe for Cricket so it should be with the 2008 Beijing Olympics.
