Chinese Interim Government published an article on February 12th to call for the rescue of Chinese human rights attorney Guo Feixong. The article called for the unification of the power of justice to compel Wang Yang, Secretary of Guangdong Provincial Party Committee to release attorney Guo.

The article wrote that “Human rights attorney Mr Guo Feixong was severely persecuted by the Chinese communist regime headed by Wang Yang, Secretary of Guangdong Provincial Party Committee, for Guo’s involvement in human rights activities in Taishi village of Guangdong Province and also for his rescue efforts for fellow human rights attorney Gao Zhisheng.

The Chinese Interim Government calls upon the power of “just” people and everyone to compel Wang Yang to release human rights attorney Guo Feixong, or Wang shall be solely responsible for the effects triggered by this event. At the same time, we urge Wang Yang to keep up with the changes and cooperate with the strategies of the Chinese Interim Government and proactively resign from the position of Secretary of Guangdong Provincial Party Committee to save himself from the plight of being spurned by thousands.”

Addressing the dictatorship of the CCP, the Chinese Interim Government has published the “Policy Guidelines and Detailed Instructions for Nationwide Defence of Human Rights and Resistance of Violence” which will focus on the peaceful breakdown of the Secretary of the Party Committee. According to police, the Chinese Interim Government has formulated a method of persuading Wang Yang to quit the Secretary position or to make ineffective the position of The Secretary of Guangdong Provincial Party Committee through the following procedures:

Starting from today, within the next month:
1: to instruct Wang Yang to properly treat attorney Guo Feixong and cease further criminal activities using State machines.
2: to instruct Wang Yang to proactively leave the position of the Secretary of Guangdong Provincial Party Committee
3: for various rights activities to start collecting information on Wang Yang.
4: to post up notices to publicise and reveal the evil deeds of Wang Yang in areas around his work and home.

For the second month, the procedures will be to send personal messages to Wang Yang’s office through personal visits and telephone calls and also to call for justice through posting messages, reporting corrupt activities, publicising scandals, and restricting Wang Yang’s movement. The plan also involves collecting information on other officials who have participated in persecuting rights activities including name lists, telephone numbers, addresses, photos, voice recordings and other evidence of crime to be published online.
