SOH news dated 13th February: The Chinese transitional government issued two notices, calling on resistance against the despotic rule of the Communist Party and to safeguard their rights as well as caving in secretaries at all levels of the Party Committee with various peaceful means. The first announced concrete plan is to make the current secretary of the Guangdong Provincial CCP Committee, Wang Yang, release human rights lawyer Guo Feixiong.

On February 12 The China Transitional Government promulgated the ‘guidelines and rules’ over resistance against the despotic rule of the CCP to safeguard their rights” and “The Interim Government to Force Wang Yang to Release Guo Feixiong”.

The “Guidance and Rules” call on Chinese people who safeguard their rights and resist against the despotic rule of CCP to stop petitioning and appealing to the Chinese Communist regime institutions complaints authority, and to abandon all hopes toward the CCP by publicly stating “Three Retreats” from the Party, the Youth League and Pioneer Group and to unite with overseas righteous forces to form one body and to use various characteristics of resistance against the despotic rule, concealed, semi-private and public, a conservative and active integration of the various ways, and to gather all resources to destroy peacefully the main strategic goal of the CCP.

President of the Transitional Government, Wu Fan, which accepted an interview with an SOH reporter, said:

“We are peaceful, non violent, and the second point to take notice is that we have targeted the first secretary of the party committee, the provincial party secretaries, and are not against all officials.”

Wu Fan said, apart from pooling the wisdom of the domestic experienced rights advocates, references are also made to the domestic modes of spreading the Nine Commentaries, and promoting the three retreats from the Chinese Communists. The persecuted groups will be inspired, and develop ways suitable for their situations.

The announcement states that within one month from February the 12th it is to order Wang Yang to quit his position as the main goal by collecting information on various aspects of Wang Yang to expose widely. 12 months after, it will aim at peacefully subsiding Wang Yang as the secretary of the Guangdong Provincial CCP Committee with wider and more intense action.

Wu Fan said that China’s “Xin-Min Party” and “Internet Users Party” have also joined in the action commencing to implement instructions by the given “Guidance and Rules”.
