Commentator, Editor-in-chief for “Hanhe Defense”, Bing Ke-Fu recently published an article that the Communist regime mobilized 90 new styled armored personnel carriers, 92 round-armored vehicles, and weapons and equipment that were not deployed in the armed forces, even though only in the PLA itself a few troops were in possession of such armoured vehicles.

Bing Ke-Fu said that through observing this equipment of 149th rapid response division, the elite of the 13th A
rmy Troop of Chengdu Military Region, and 52 Mountain Infantry Brigade of Tibet Military District may have been involved in Lhasa repressive activities. The two forces are the elite in the entire Southwest, in terms of reaction. Bing Ke-Fu stated that on March 15 the Chinese Communists used the regular forces to suppress the resistance against the despotic rule of living in Lhasa. Tibetans suffered heavy casualties because the Qinghai-Tibet Railway enables the Chengdu Military Region units to enter Lhasa so quickly.

The following day, Tibetans at the Aba Prefecture of Sichuan took to the streets again to protest. Chinese armed forces again opened fire at the peaceful Tibetan protestors. At least 30 Tibetans have fallen. 8 Tibetan bodies were later carried into Geer Dili Temple in Aba Prefecture.
