Breaking News - More protests in Lhasa

Protests with hundreds of Tibetans broke out again in tightly guarded Lhasa around 2pm on the 29th of March. According to resources, the protest lasted for hours.
Witnesses said that in this large-scale protest, the CCP’s army quickly surrounded local residential areas. The site of the protest was close to the Post Building, and the shops around Qingnian Road were closed.

From information given by residence of Lhasa, apart from the protestors themselves, it’s clear that thousands of monks are now being confined in local temples by the CCP military and there is still wide spread protests going on that are working toward freeing the people of the Chinese Communists occupaied Tibet.

It was revealed, not long after this protest, the Lhasa Public Security Bureau sent text messages to mobile phone users throughout Lhasa city, by way of China Mobile, announcing that the law-enforcement department in Lhasa would start routine check-ups that afternoon. This has caused wide spread panic among shop owners and citizens as the communist regime begins implementing stronger measures to cause fear throughout the city.
