A mum and daughter from Los Angeles holidaying in Seattle came to watch the show in this historical and splendid theatre. Mother and daughter both expressed, from the show they saw how Chinese people cherish Truthfulness, Benevolence, Forbearance, and these values should be the values of any culture.

Loretta Sanchez is a retired teacher. She felt the show was very fascinating: “I think the show was very beautiful, very interesting. It is very culturally informative. I am so excited to see Chinese culture, dancers and performers here. It was very interesting and we loved it”.

She also said, from the show she got to know Chinese people‘s beliefs. “I got to know Chinese people’s spiritual belief. The contents of the show and the music clearly demonstrated people’s belief”.

Her daughter, Christina Sanchez is a sales manager for UPS. She said: “The show revealed the grace and beauty of Chinese dance and music. The song and the play of musical instruments were so amazing, so fantastic. We are very happy to see people freely express their thoughts.

When mentioning the three words Truthfulness, Benevolence, Forbearance, Loretta said: “Truthfulness, Benevolence, Forbearance should be the values of any culture. These three words revealed how Chinese people cherish truth.”

They said the words left deep impression in their mind: “This is because these words appeared in several dance acts, and all the stories had a very profound impact. The deep impression is not only due to the dances themselves, but also from the thoughts emitted from the dances. How people think and feel is very important to them”.

Loretta also said: “The three words demonstrated in the show revealed three values. It makes me really excited, because this is what we should do. We should love each other, instead of hurting each other”.
