Stages of the East - Kansas audience: the actresses seem to be floating.
On 26 April, the Divine Performing Arts opened in Kansas City at the United States, where it was received by an enthusiastic audience.
Marian, a retired airline worker, came with her grandson Joseph to see the performance and praised the entire show. She explained that the culture was beautiful and that the actresses embodied the beauty of the traditional Chinese women.
Marian said “I am very pleased that this show is so brilliant, there were many areas in this performance that fascinated people; the concerts, the dance in the performance, and so on, are splendid. Their performance was so elegant, all of this can be said to be dazzling. Their movement are very prominent; they walk as if they were floating. They are so beautiful. I felt it is very special, it seems to be never enough to see”.
Joseph is a senior high school student and explained that he has a profound understanding on the “Awakening”: he believes that “Awakening” is to expose the evil of the Communist Party.
He said, “I love this show very much. In the program that the police came to the park (to persecute Falun Gong), if such a thing really happened in real life, just push them away, and it is not worth fighting with them. Just to adhere to their Beliefs and insist on what they do, even if taken to prison, but still unwavering.”
