Sound of Hope Radio news on 21 May: according to Beijing insiders, in recent days more than 100 million phone calls reached all parts of the country to the Chinese government departments, the Chinese Communist Offices of petition and local level offices of petition, and a large number of web messages, requesting to investigate the earthquake incident.
More and more people are reflecting that the loss of the local government departments and military enterprises is very small, staff were told of the earthquake before it happened. The Kuang mine and the state-owned enterprises that make money for the Government had been told to temporary close their business, or even the children of the officials had been notified to quickly evacuate from schools.

Now the earthquake has more than 40,000 people dead, 30,000 missing and their number is increasing. An official said privately that the ordinary Chinese people in China are very tragic! They were kept in the dark at the critical moment of death. Informed officials were warned that they have to responsible for leaking out the message!

According to insiders from Beijing, one month before the Sichuan earthquake, the State Seismological experts had sent the second forecast report to the Chinese Communist leadership. They accurately forecasted the upcoming of  the over 6.5 degree of earthquake in Sichuan. After the earthquake, the State Seismological Bureau do not want to be a scapegoat, and they once again told the Central Committee of Chinese Communist that they had already reported the forecast of the earthquake.
