A gentleman from Hunan province who is an employee of a state-owned organization has been appealing in Beijing for three years. He decided to appeal to the government after he found that the housing of two hundred families in his home town had been pulled down with enforcement and the land had been taken away, with three levels of local authorities all involved.

He stayed in Beijing appealing for three years but without result. During his stay in Beijing he met many people from different areas who also came to Beijing to appeal. He realized that the sufferings of ordinary Chinese people are due to the corrupt authorities of the CCP, so he decided to quit the CCP.

He told reporters that in the whole world, the Chinese Communist Party is the most corrupted and dark regime. Chinese people will not be free from troubles if political reform is not to be taken together with the economic reform. The situations of ordinary Chinese people are so miserable. He could not bear to see their suffering anymore. He feels painful to see his country in such a state. The legislation is corrupted and the government is corrupted. He feels this is sadness for the Chinese people and China.

He says that you can see that any official of the CCP makes all of his relatives benefit from his position. As long as such a regime continues, Chinese people’s sufferings will not end.

This appellant also said the policemen in China are simply gangsters and robbers in service of the government. As for the issue of selling the land illegally, he had not seen before a government in the world which allowed its three levels of local authorities, conduct illegal actions together.

This appellant explained how one day he was surprised to see a poster saying ‘CCP is heavenly diminished’ on the front door of every family. He said it made him so happy. He says they are so brave, much more braver than him and in China there are no human rights. No human rights at all. He hopes to see the day when the CCP collapses.
