The former soldier believes that the people should try police who have repeatedly broken the law. He says that Yang’s action, which amount to a vengeance against corrupt officials was done in haste, and is criminally liable for his actions.

On July first, Yang Jia, armed with a knife broke into the Zabei Bureau of Public security in Shanghai City. He repeatedly stabbed police and guards, and six police were unable to be revived after receiving treatment in hospital. Another three police and one security guard were injured.

Internet journalist Zhou Shuguang arrived in the perimeters of Guizhou’s Wengan county on June 30th. Zhou said, “In the city, every street intersection is guarded by armed police with shields and firearms, so I did not enter. The corpse is now along the river outside of the city. They told me that a few days ago, during night time, a group of people examined the body, and her internal organs were all taken, including the ovaries.”

Local resident Mr Lee told reporters, “7000 to 8000 troops are posted here. Right now the loudspeakers are screaming, those who do not surrender by July 3rd will be captured.”

According to resident Mr Lai, the lady who was killed in the ordeal lived in poverty with her family, and received a donation from local people. He said “Thirty to forty thousand renminbi were collected to fund their appeal, but the local police station burned the money, and forbade them from going. The people were outraged, so it lead to this large scale protest.”

“Federation of American Scientists” (FAS) researcher Christensen revealed in his analysis of the photographs by Google Earth’s commercial satellite that the Chinese communists have a large-scale nuclear missile launch base of 58 medium-range missiles in the northern part of Qinghai Province.

Christensen said that this vast region, includes the deployment of missiles in two areas, which are located west to Delingha city and Dachaidan Township in Qinghai Province. In this vast missle deployment area of 275 km along from Delingha, passing Dachaidan, to Mahai, north to the Communists’ State Road 315 Route, a total of 58 missile launchers were found , taking up a total area of 2,000 square kilometers.

Among them is the Delhi deployment area located west to Delingha city, stretching about 52 kilometers in a wide area of 1,000 square kilometers. The district has 36 launchers, deployed along three extensions north of the main road. The three arrays of missle launchers are 16 to 20 km from one another. The detection from 2005 to 2007 of missile mission activities in the area have been very active. In addition, a number of task and missile-related facilities, including the CCP missile brigade (the Second Artillery Force) headquarters, tent-like structures, and a number of camouflaged vehicles are also found in the Delingha city centre.

Another deployment region, situated west to Dachaidan Township, stretching over 100 kilometers to Mahai, occupies a broad area of 1,100 square kilometers. The district has 22 launchers, deployed along the main road towards the north.

Christensen said that the 58 missile launchers have four basic design styles, which are 70 meters in diameter and are circular, 40-meter T-type, 15 to 45 meters rectangular shaped, and 30 meters long brochure style. The launchers are capable of reaching southern Russia and northern India (including New Delhi), but unable to reach Japan, Taiwan and Guam.

According to participants at the memorial service, “Around 7:00 am on 27th May, about four or five hundred parents spontaneously assembled at the ruins of Juyuan High School to attend the memorial service for mouring, they made the banner: Compensate the bloody debt, severely punish the perpetrators, and redress for the victims.”

The official said: “parents grieve deeply, and they say we are very clear that the state’s education fundings are appropriated from the Ministry of Education down to individual local Departments of Education and the local government, and then to the school before the developer commences construction. This capital flow caused thin walls and less cement in building Juyuan High School that failed the stipulated standard and strength.”

People that attended the memorial service also said, “While parents mourn their victimized children, they also strongly urge the Government to build an earthquake monument on the wreckage site of Juyuan High School. The memorial service ended at 1:00 pm.

Insiders have revealed that casualties occurred at Juyuan High School had caused widespread concerns. Under strong pressure at home and abroad, Chinese Communists are seeking to bribe parents by coaxing and interfering with them from disclosing the truth to overseas media.

One resident told reporters that it was just tragic, and as the homes were single stories, they were totally flattened and nothing in the homes could be taken.

According to residents whose homes are being resumed, they received resumption notice from the government in May 2007 forcing over 80 residents in Fujing city centre to relocate. An agreement could not be reached, as the government’s valuation of the homes was too low.

One resident said that Gao Qingguo announced on 1 October 2007 that they will not ask us to move, but on April 9 this year he announced that we have to move, and that the policy has not changed. We did not agree, so did not sign the papers.

According to residents, the surprise attack led by the deputy Mayor took them by surprise, and that this was carefully crafted by the officials. Their aim was not only to demolish homes but also to take revenge on the residents who were upholding their rights. According to insiders from Beijing, one month before the Sichuan earthquake, the State Seismological experts had sent the second forecast report to the Chinese Communist leadership. They accurately forecasted the upcoming of  the over 6.5 degree of earthquake in Sichuan. After the earthquake, the State Seismological Bureau do not want to be a scapegoat, and they once again told the Central Committee of Chinese Communist that they had already reported the forecast of the earthquake.

According to Japan’s evening paper the Daily News, the refusal by the Chinese Communist regime to accept foreign aid is very puzzling to Japanese aid groups. An official from the Japanese Foreign Ministry reiterated that if China agrees, aid will be sent. However China’s ambassador to Japan Cui Tiankai has responded that “the matter of aids is yet to be negotiated between the two governments”.

Assistant professor of Nanjing Normal University Guo Quan says that, it is obvious that the Chinese officials will accept money and goods, but are refusing to let foreign aid groups enter China. This refusal is unwise and inhumane. Guo says the 72 hours after an earthquake is the golden time to find survivors. After this period, the injured are much less likely to survive due to blood loss, pain, hunger and dehydration. Experts from the World Health Organisation have also said that after 72 hours, you either find bodies or a miracle.

Regarding the motives of the refusal, Guo Quang said that, on the one hand, the CCP might be afraid that by allowing foreign rescue workers, they might come to know information and scandals that it sought to cover up. On the other hand, there could be a nuclear base in the region. Guo said that after the earthquakes there have been messages to remind people to watch out for local radiation, and officials have repeatedly stressed the issue of radiation. According to Chinese official media, the Environmental Protection Agency has sent out emergency warnings to on May 13 to local environmental agencies in Sichuan and surrounding areas to closely monitor the environment indicator; ensuring there are no dangers posed by nuclear radiation; to understand the situation of sensitive facilities such as dangerous chemicals factories and sewage treatments to prevent environmental contamination.

According to Sichuan residents, the transport routes from Wenchuan city going west and north into the mountains are under martial law. People are prohibited from going near the region and some residents have reported seeing troops who enter the mountain to be wearing Anti-chemical outfits. Up to now, only military aid is allowed into the region, and not even the media is allowed near. This is apparently to prevent leaking of confidential information, and also to prevent contamination of people and animals should an explosion occur which would attract widespread international attention as well as a threat to the CCP’s rule.

With the Olympic Games fast approaching, rhetoric’s of Tian are echoed in the CCP’s propaganda. The main gist of the message is that in order to handle the 7 tasks of security, the CCP has mobilised 4 military sectors including the army, the air force and navy which extend to military areas in Shenyang, Beijing, Jinan and Nanjing. Specialist units including medical services, chemical defence, combat aircraft, military ships, radars and even surface to air missiles have also been mobilised. Since 2005, the military has established Olympics Security Control facilities, and have incorporated military intelligence into these facilities. At the same time, targeted drills and training activities have been carried out demonstrating real life military control and communication to ensure the security of the Olympic games.

On this seemingly endless injection of resources into the security for the Olympics Games, the Chinese public are starting to wonder.

In Tianjing resident say that “we just want safety. We want to be fed, to be housed and to live, we don’t want Olympics, what does it mean anyway? We have battled our whole lives, getting just a few hundred yuan in pension, and faced with inflation and the upkeep of a whole family. How are we to survive? They say you are patriotic if you support the Olympics, what are u giving us to be patriotic for?”

One Beijing resident says “I think the Beijing Olympic games will lose money. Just look at the military intervention, militia, reserves, guard members and foot patrol spread out all over the country and the huge forces of public security officers and police. All over the country, how many are involved in securing the Olympics? This mobilisation of the entire pulpous looks like it’s readying for a people’s war. Is the Olympics a sporting event or a war? All we see on TV and the radio is “fight well this battle to secure the Olympics” I think the CCP is using anything as troops. How can this be for peace keeping. They are ready for war. You see there’s even missiles, how can this be for the Olympics, you’re not at war with the rest of the world right? The people want peace, we don’t want nuclear warheads.”

Following the suicide of Song Tu, a monk from the Gede Monastery, in Ngawa county, Ganzi of Sichuan Province on the 16th of April, the Norwegian Sound of Hope Radio Network reported on a Tibetan Buddhist nun who chose to commit suicide, after bearing extremes of the suppression.

The Chinese Communist regime has forcibly divulged “Patriotic education on Tibetan monks, and forced the Party’s flag to be hung highly at the roof of every temple building. The “Patriotic education” policy has a demand for every monk to kneel beneath the flag, and to be sworn in for their separation from the Dalai Lama. Moreover, every monk of the monastery had to be photographed while holding a CCP flag. This has been met with much resentment and noncooperation.

Additionally, military police continue to besiege and harass Tibetan temples. At least eight monks have been arrested from the Dacang Lamu Gede Temple, Senduo Temple, as well as Duique Village, in Ruogai County of Ngawa sub-prefecture. The youngest of those under arrest was 14 years of age. On the 19th of April, approximately 190 monks secretly escaped to the mountains, from the Dacang Lamu Gede Temple. Currently the entire Ngawa sub-prefecture remains under the strict surveillance of the CCP military police force.

On the 17th of April, Chinese Communist military police captured eight monks from the Nalanduo Temple in Tibet’s Linzhou County. Aside from these incidents, CCP army troops also arrested 32 monks in recent days, from the Xicang Temple in Luqu County of Gannan sub-prefecture.

To date, CCP military police have arrested more than 203 monks from the Zhaxi Qukuo Temple, in Duoke village, Zhuoni County of the Gannan sub-prefecture. The Chinese Communist state has also transferred special troops in black military uniform from Henan, to stand guard at Tibet’s Anduo Regong region, while adopting more rigorous means of surveillance and persecution.

Many local farmers have indicated they would refuse to farm agricultural land, if the Chinese Communist government does not cease the persecution on Tibetan people,

According to sources, Lingque Temple situated in Daofu County, Ganzi of Kang District, Sichuan Province was raided by a large number of military soliders deployed by the Communist authorities to stop the ongoing Buddhist activities being held in the monastary, triggering over a thousand local monks, commoners and students protests.

Protesters shouted [Long live the Dalai Lama], [Free Tibet], [we want freedom], [Let Dalai Lama return home] and other slogans. The Communists-deployed police force opened fire to suppress protesters, resulting in 10 people being wounded by gunshots. Five of them were critically injured, and several are missing. Currently, the contact with Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Daofu County, Ganzi Prefecture and Luhuo County are beyond reach by phone.

It was also reported that fearing the further escalation of Ganzi Tibetan protest activities, the Chinese communist authorities mobilized additional troops to Ganzi Prefecture since last week. A number of local hotels are packed with armed forces. A hotel attendant in Ganzi County said: “Our hotel is booked in full by the armed forces.” “These soldiers have to stay till September when the Olympic Game finishes.”

According to the “Tibetan Unity Committee”, the latest statistics obtained by Tibets Government-in-exile showed, eight monks died in the recent shooting by China’s military suppression in Sichuan and the two who could not stand the torture died of suicide. Since March 10 at least 154 people had been killed by the Chinese Communist soldiers and over 2,300 people were arrested, and may be subject to severe torture. The situation is worrisome.
