In an exclusive interview, the famous Indonesia artist told a reporter that on his preparation for the transplant in Guangzhou last year, he encountered a gangster agency “bargain” with him half way. They have various means to force Biantoro to pay a much higher price than the agreement. Biantoro said that in fact, there are more than enough fresh organs, it is only whether you are willing to pay a higher price, I heard that the cost is as much as seven hundred thousand yuan.

He said that to do an organ transplant in China is very risky, apart from the non-transparent procedures, it make the patients and their families so anxious.

Biantoro also pointed out the most puzzling thing is that the hospital asked him to have a Chinese name before his organ transplant. Hospital officials told him that the mainland is facing international pressure and public opinion on the Olympic Games and human rights means that priority is given to selling their organs to their own people. Therefore, the foreign patients must be registered in a Chinese name.

Biantoro also said that the procedure is like doing morning trading, just a hand shake after the deal is completed, and the hospital does not give you an official receipt. Moreover the family must agree to sign on these dark rules.

A report published by the World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong, published at the end of 2007, states that data and interviews taken from such organizations as the People’s Liberation Army No. 307 Hospital in Beijing shows that this evil deed of harvesting the organs of illegally incarcerated Falun Gong practitioners is still continuing.

In March 2006, the Chinese Communist Party’s Foreign Ministry Spokesman Qin Gang insisted that the organs are from “public donation”. However the facts revealed at Jinan Central Hospital are that until now, China has not had a system for organ donation and acceptance, and it is not possible for the transplant organ source to be from the public. Yang points out that it is difficult for officials to settle the nature of the case. The Court has already mistakenly categorised her case as a medical incident, a conclusion Yang disagrees with. She believes it is a crime of organ stealing and told the reporter that she has discovered online that the operating surgeon Wang Chenyong has 25 years of practical experience, has operated on tens of thousands of patients, completing over 6000 liver and ball gladder surgeries, is in charge of 3 new transplant techniques and has been promoted to deputy director of the hospital.

Yang says that the hospital had known that her blood type was incompatible with her husband but had intentionally misled them. Her aim is to bring the criminals to court for a face off and to expose their dirty deeds to the public. She wants people to know about China’s July 31st and hopes for the media to expose the case.

Yang says that “The darkness of China lays in its systems and structure, there is no justice under the autocracy, and such is the darkness of a society under the Chinese communist party.”

In 2003, Yang Jie, a teacher in Shenzhen went to the Shenzhen Secondary People’s Court in order to help her husband who suffered from cirrhosis. During the operation, the hospital took her bladder and parts of her liver. Her husband died during the operation and his corneas disappeared. She previously begged in Beijing in order to petition there and was illegally detained in labour camps for 18 months with her residency and identification card revoked.

On 27th of December last year, Beijing Police Bureau detained Hu Jia under the criminal charge of “suspension of inciting to overthrow the government”. Afterwards, Hu Jia’s wife, Zeng Jinyan was placed under house arrest. Zeng Jinyan’s communication with the outside world was cut off completely; she was neither allowed to step outside the door nor allowed to accept any visitors.

Li Jingsong had met 56 writers, lawyers and academics who jointly petitioned and called for Beijing to fulfil its promise of improve human rights when bidding for the Olympic Games, and release Hu Jia immediately.

According to Chengdu News, on the 11th of this month, six hundred police of Chengdu City in Sichuan Province marched into Taiping village to forcefully demolish villagers’ houses.

According to a report by Radio Free Asia, several villagers got injured when attempting to prevent their home from being demolished by the police.

Presently over three hundreds villagers have managed to prevent the police from commencing demolishing, but it is unclear how long they will be able to hold out.

According to some villagers, the police have previously used violence to force residents away from their home in order to carry out the demolition and relocation.

In a press conference held this week by the Epoch Times at China’s embassy in Tel Aviv it was announced that over 30 million Chinese people have now renounced their membership in the Chinese communist party and its affiliated organizations.

Supporters at the conference held banners, which told the story of the various crimes against humanity carried out directly or indirectly by the CCP – crimes such as torture, murder, organ harvesting from live Falun Gong practitioners, the massacre in Tibet, demolishing citizens’ houses and restricting freedom of expression.

The banners also paid tribute to the 80 million citizens who died unnatural deaths during the party’s rule.

The wave of renouncements from the CCP began in November 2004, following the publication of the Nine Commentaries on The Communist Party. The book is a series of nine essays thoroughly reviewing the almost 60 years of the Chinese communist party’s existence.

Authorities in China’s Shanwei City have used thousands of police to crack down and arrest human rights activists in order to complete the last power transmission tower for the City’s power generating plant.

On the 8th of January, the ribbon cutting ceremony was held for the opening of the Hong Haiwan power generating plant.

Villagers went forward with their protest against a lack of compensation for their land that was resumed to build the power plant, but violently restrained and dispersed by security teams and police.

According to reports from HeilongJiang news, dozens of people from Heilong Jiang province were arrested after going to Beijing to appeal against mistreatment from local authorities.

It is usual for aggrieved citizens to take their complaints to Beijing to be heard by authorities, but recently the response has been a heavy-handed dismissal or, as in this case, arrest.

China Tianwang Human Rights Service calls for unconditional release of all those detained people, and ensure their constitutional rights of appeal protected.

A man who filmed a dispute between officials and villagers in China on his mobile phone has prompted a nationwide outcry after being beaten to death by the officials on the spot.

Thousands of people have been posting messages on Chinese websites calling for the government agency involved in the incident to be abolished.

There have also been large demonstrations in the province of Hubei where the attack occurred.

Local police questioned 24 people over the killing, four remain in custody.

According to Heilongjiang News agency, prosecutor Yu Yongshen has confirmed that within two days Chunlin Yang’s case will be transferred to court.

Chunlin Yang is a well known human rights activist and was arrested by the Chinese Communist regime after issuing of an open letter to overseas media outlets, to make them aware that the lands of some ten thousand farmers from Fujin in Heilongjiang were forcibly resumed.

Mr Yang’s letter also asked people to boycott the Olympic Games unless China improves its human rights record.

Mr. Yang from Guangdong Province had not only quit the Chinese Communist Party and its affiliated organizations with his entire family, but also encouraged successfully for more than 80 of his relatives and friends to quit the Party.

He stated that authorities unlawfully arrested Beijing human rights advocate, Hu Jia, which intensified the anguish of ordinary people and accelerated the demise of the Communist Party.

Mr. Yang stressed that facts and truth proved that human rights in China has not been improved but has deteriorated ahead of the Olympics.

Mr. Yang calls on Chinese people from abroad and domestic to speak the truth, as the reality speaks for itself, and people need to step out to expose the lies of the CCP.

Following the malignant cases known as “enslaved child labours” in Shanxi Province, according to Hong Kong “Sun Press”, a hairdressing assistant from Shenzhen was kidnapped by sinister gangs and taken to Qian Dong Township of Chaozhou, Guangdong where they are being subject to rape by turn and are forced to prostitute as “sex slaves”.

A young woman escaped and told the media about her ordeal.

At Qian Dong Township, a large number of young girls have similar experience like hers, being tortured by the criminals who would bash the enslaved girls and assault them sexually, which she claimed the local township as “sex slaves camp”.
All strata of local government in Chaozhou City have turned a blind eye to such crimes.

Chinese community media has verified that during 2007, some one hundred and fifty Falun Gong practitioners died in China as a result of persecution.
Of these, 53.3% were female practitioners and practitioners over 50 years of age.

Chinese New Year Spectacular Spectacular News

The Chinese New Year Spectacular continued to woo audiences in the US and Canada this week as the Divine Performing Arts tour visited Dallas Texas, Boston Massachusetts, Denver Colorado, and finally Ottawa in Canada.

The mission of the Spectacular is to revive China’s authentic culture based on 5,000 years of history a culture many believed during ancient times to have been passed down from the heavens.

Hosted in English and Chinese, with vivid, colorful costumes, powerful thundering drums contrasted with soothing music smooth enough to penetrate the soul, the Chinese New Spectacular is truly a crowd pleaser

The week started with the premier performance in Dallas at the Nokia theatre at Grand Prairie.

On the opening night, State Representatives Paula Pierson and Kirk England acknowledged the Spectacular by presenting one of the State Resolutions. Council member Richard Fregoe, on behalf of Charles England, Mayor of Grand Prairie, also presented a proclamation in acknowledgement of the event.

After the show Ms. Pierson said it was a wonderful performance that celebrates the long history of Chinese culture.

“The whole performance is amazing, absolutely wonderful. The programs are bountiful and the color, music, songs, dances, and the background are all magnificent.”

Dallas hosted the Spectacular for a total of 3 nights with the final performance playing on the 9th of Jan.

Next stop on the tour this week was Boston at the Boston Opera house for 4 performances over three days. A special audience member Dr Yang Jianli, a democratic dissident who just recently emerged from five years in one of Beijing’s prisons brought a special perspective to the Divine Performing Arts Chinese New Year Spectacular.

He said that some of the pieces in the show were critically important in letting people know about persecution happing in China today he said that Beijing persecutes democratic activists, intellectuals and writers, dissidents, human rights activists, Falun Gong, and members of underground churches. We need to tell the truth to the world

He was also very impressed wit the spiritual side of the show.

As Bostonians soaked up Chinese culture the second troupe of the Divine Performing Arts touched down in the ski city of Denver Colorado for 3 weekend performances at the Temple Hoyne Buell Theater

Bob and Daffney Baker who watched the second show in Denver on the 12 of January have business in China and have been there often. Daffney Baker was made “a little teary-eyed” by the show. She said, “It is wonderful, just wonderful. I love it. It is beautiful, just beautiful. The dancing is spectacular. The costumes are just fantastic.”

The final Denver performance drew just as much praise, Don and his wife Nancy, from Denver, described the show as colorful and delightful. “I loved the music,” said Nancy.

And rounding out the week of Spectaculars the troupe headed to Canada for their first performance in Ottawa at the Prestigious National Arts Centre. The Canadian reception was surely a warm one

Stephanie Chitpin, associate professor in the Faculty of Education at the University of Ottawa, attended the show with her family.

“The singing is one of a kind. The poise, agility of the dancers — it’s really spectacular in every sense of the word,” she said, adding that the integration of western and eastern music and cultures was “fantastic.”

After Ottawa, the show will travel to Montreal and Toronto before continuing its world tour, which includes a 15-show run at New York’s famed Radio City Music Hall. By the end of its tour, the Spectacular will have reached a total live audience of over 650,000 in more than 60 cities across the globe.

After Kong refused, the website was shut down in the afternoon of the 7th of January. Kong’s employer, a commerce organization, asked him to check himself into a mental hospital, otherwise he would be fired.

In response to the closure Kong said “Even if you shoot me, I would still fight for human rights. To uphold lawful rights of citizens through legal means and protect these rights from being trampled, I will make it my own business through and through.”

Zhang Baoliang used to be a vice section chief at Zhabei Branch of Shanghai Public Security Bureau. His son was persecuted for upsetting the lover of Chen Liangyu, former head of a Shanghai Gang.

Zhang told a SOH reporter, he was arrested twice, in October 2005 and July 2007. Each time his blood was drawn during detention. Some national security personnel told him that taking blood sample was for collecting a blood database. Twenty years of police experience told Zhang the regime’s action was far from routine and suspected that the authorities were preparing him for forced organ removal for transplant.

Zhang made the following statement to the authorities: “People reported a problem. Instead of solving the problem, you persecuted the people. On top of persecuting, you also drew blood samples. Everyone knows what blood samples are for. If you do not want certain organs of mine, why in the world would you draw my blood?!”

Zhang explained that, even though Chen had already stepped down, Jiang Zemin’s Shanghai Gang still controls the police and legal systems. His open petition letter exposed the evil abuses of the Shanghai political and legal organizations, pointing directly at Jiang’s nephew – the Chief of Shanghai Public Security Bureau, Wu Zhiming. As a former policeman, Zhang fears for his life because of the large amount of evidence he collected on police brutality against the general public.

In this bulletin 63 year old human rights activist to spend 3 years in jail, Taiwanese Vice President condemns organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners, and up to a million Chinese threaten an Olympic boycott

Chinese dissident Mr Yan Zheng-xue from Zhejiang Province was sentenced to three yeas in prison by the authority for suspected involvement in subversion and, according to sources in Zhejiang, his life is constantly under threat in prison.

According to reports of Free Asia on 19 December, Yan posted a letter to describe his life in prison where he is being detained with gang leaders, and says that his life is constantly threatened.

Eye witnesses have seen Yan badly bashed by a psychiatric patient in prison with a stool.

Mr Yan, aged 63, is an author, a painter, and a human rights activists, for which he has been detained for 13 times.

Over eight thousands farmers from Shang Ma Tai County, in China’s Wuqing district, have been going to the construction site of Shang Ma Tai Reservoir, in an attempt to stop the construction and to defend their entitlement to about fifteen hundred acres of farmland, according to Tianjin sources.

The farmers are requesting that the government return and redistribute the farmland, which authorities seized in 1992.

According to a report by the Epoch Times, villagers revealed the Wu Qing and Shang Matain Village government took the fifteen hundred acres of fertile land and six villages including Dong Zhuang and Shang Matai village without the residents’ permission in order to construct the reservoir claiming it was required to fight drought conditions.

On December the tenth, International Human Rights Day, the Coalition to investigate the persecution of Falun Gong in China (CIPFG) Asian Delegation, organized an event in Tainan City, Taiwan, to celebrate its first anniversary.

Taiwanese Vice President Annette Lu attended the event and gave a speech to condemn organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners and other human rights abuses in communist China.

The event, titled “Taking Action to Safeguard Human Rights”, was aimed at raising awareness to the human rights violations in China and calling for public attention to promote peace, freedom and justice.

An online commentator who openly criticized the Chinese Governments preparation for the Beijing Olympics has been detained for nearly a week on a charge of subversion, his wife said Wednesday.

Wang Dejia said next year’s Beijing Olympics would force ordinary Chinese to live “like pigs and dogs”.

Mr. Dejia has written numerous online articles about sensitive topics in China such as the Government’s effort in blocking Taiwan’s bid for U.N. membership and human rights abuses against journalists and dissidents.

Press freedom and human rights groups say China has jailed dozens of people for writings posted online.

In yet another example of tainted products from China, a catfish product has been found to contain carcinogenic toxins as a result of the fish being bred in contaminated water.

Recently international media reported that an aquaculture company that enjoyed “immunity” in safety checks in America has breached safety standards by exporting the tainted products

As a result the European Union and Japan have imposed temporary bans on the import of aquaculture products from China.

Yu-qing County in China’s Guizhou Province has established a “Guarantee against Corruption” campaign in an effort to prevent the practices of the corrupt CCP officials in the county.

After repeated instances of corruption amongst CCP officials, the county has decided to trial the program in an effort to encourage more moral behaviour amongst officials.

The campaign has met with mixed support, but supporters say it is the only way they can hope for an end to corruption.

According to Dajiyuan reports, just recently a Hubei Falun Gong practitioner Liu Gang, which is his alias name, who was just released from prison, disclosed the inside story to the outside world how the Chinese Communist authorities persecute the Falun Gong practitioners in the prison.

He said that the arbitrary disinformation and slander of Falun Gong by the authorities convey false information; willful arrest and detention of the people who practice Falun Gong. Some of the practitioners are tortured to death.

Ms. Peijong Hsieh, stage manager of the Holiday Wonders and a graduate from the Peabody Institute in Baltimore, said that the troupe was very excited to perform in the city of Baltimore, which hosts many fine arts cultural events.

According to Dajiyuan, it was reported that seventy-thousand farmers from Sanmenxia Reservoir of Yellow River in Shaanxi Province, announced to the whole nation, the attainment of their ownership of the 25,000 acres of land that had been seized.

Their movement had immediately raised great alert to the authorities of Shaanxi. For a few consecutive days, the authorities convened urgent meetings to stabilize the current situation in the area. They arrested three representatives of the farmers.

Due to the land issue, the representatives of the farmers had petitioned everywhere for help, but the local government imposed repressive policies to suppress the farmer’s representatives.

Many representatives had been imprisoned.

Over ten thousand people from different provinces of China have issued an open letter, asking for the release of their representative, Liu Jie, and the abolition of the ‘re-education through forced labour system’ that they say violates the Country’s constitution.

The letter explained that Ms. Liu Jie united the protestors to give the 17th Party Congress of the Chinese Communist Party a letter of recommendation, however, she was illegally sentenced to forced labour term, being accused of “assembly and disturb the public order”.

The letter appealed to the central committee of the Communist party, asking them to respect the law, to care for the people, to release Liu Jie and immediately abolish the re-education through labour regulation.

The death bed, a torture method originating from Jilin Prison, is frequently used to torture imprisoned Falun Gong practitioners at the Jilin Prison and Jilin Province Women’s Prison in Changchun City. Many Falun Gong practitioners have been tortured to death this way.

According to a Clearwisdom.net report on December the 11th, 2007, the death bed involves piecing together two twin-size beds and handcuffing or tying a practitioner’s hands and feet onto the four opposite corners of the two beds. After the practitioner is tied up, the beds are moved in opposite directions and bricks are inserted between the two beds. Each brick adds severe pain and injury.

Once tied to the death bed, the victim is unable to move her hands and legs. The beds can be pulled in various directions to cause additional pain and injury throughout the body.

On the 14th of December, the victims of the “Yilishen” corporate collapse incident have sent a letter to the Chinese Communist regime saying that if they do not satisfy three basic requests, from January 6th, 2008, they will take action against the government officials and police officers involved in the incident.

The group also stated that they would organise for over one million of their supporters to boycott the Beijing Olympics in protest of their unfair treatment.

Their three basic requests were the return of at least 30% of their investment before the New Year, and agreement that the rest of the fund is indemnified gradually before the Olympic games, and that all the officials involved in the fraudulent case, including Wang Fengyou, must be brought to justice.

The 10th of December is International Human Rights Day, and the 1st Anniversary of the establishment of the Asia Chapter of CIPFG. The “All People Stand to Protect Human Rights” activity aimed at calling for people’s awareness toward the ideals of peace, freedom and justice.

In her speech, Lv Xiulian said, “The human rights situation in China is worse than it has been in the past. If the international community does not take action, and voice their protest, it would be the biggest insult to humanity.” She emphasized that one cannot stand by and watch as the Chinese Communist regime continue their deeds of harvesting organs from Falun Gong practitioners, abusing human rights. She expressed the Chinese Communist regime should undoubtedly hear, see and feel the protest from around the world, against their human rights abuses, and brutal crimes against humanity such as organ harvesting on Falun Gong practitioners, and subsequently act promptly to stop human rights atrocities.”

The chief of the Asian Chapter of CIPFG, Lai Qingde, pointed out in order to host the Beijing Olympics in 2008, the Chinese Communist regime had made promises to the International Olympics Committee to improve its human rights records in China. However, as the 2008 Olympic Game fast approaches, the human rights situation in China is increasingly deteriorated. Examples include the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners, Catholic followers, Tibetans and Ughurs, who are secretly sent to prison without any legal proceedings. Countless deaths have arisen as a result of these persecutions. Furthermore, Beijing authorities are implementing forced relocations and expropriations, and such disputes are elevating day by day, as the Olympics is exploited as a tool to suppress the Chinese people.

Deputy delegation leader of the Korean branch of CIPFG’s Asian Chapter, Zheng Qiuchen said, the Olympic Games hosted by the Chinese Communist Party is comparable to when Hitler hosted the Olympic Games. Their ambition is to display a powerful nation, to show a China that is different, however, its innate character remains unchanged, and this can only intensify the illusory image of China to the world and speed up the development of darkness. Zhen Qiuchen said, the Global Human Rights Torch Relay has received the support of over sixty thousand signatures. The delegation aims to collect ten thousand support signatures, to be sent to the International Olympic Committee and relevant human rights organizations around the world, in order to end the Olympics in China where human rights are trashed.

Wang Fenglan, Chief Executive of the Asian Chapter of the CIPFG, also said, the Chinese Communist regime strictly retrain 43 types of people from joining in the Olympic Games. According to a representative of the International Olympic Committee, individuals of all religions can attend the Games in China, except for Falun Gong practitioners. Also, many media are currently under close and severe surveillance. Wang said this is openly contradicting the Olympic spirit, hence the CIPFG strongly condemns its actions, and hopes that the International Olympics Committee can handle this issue upfront.
