Recently, Mainland China’s Public Security Bureau under the China Civil Aviation General Administration issued a notice: “Report of Rectifying Internal Control and the Administration of Airport Management Area Permits”. The circular called for background checks on all staff who have a boarding pass (crew boarding passes) and the officers who have regional airport control permits.
