Well done to the world’s media this week for giving the facts to all. So many targeted groups within China have been asking for help over the years and now after reading news reports like the one below..the true nature of the communist leaders in China is being shown.

China Vows to Smash Tibetan Protests

China today turned its back on appeals for dialogue with the Dalai Lama, vowing to smash anti-China forces in Tibet, where it said the death toll from recent unrest had risen to 19.

A day after Beijing launched a manhunt for monks and others it blamed for violence in Tibet, an editorial in the People’s Daily, mouthpiece of the Chinese Communist party, said opposition to Chinese rule in the Himalayan region must be wiped out.

“China must resolutely crush the conspiracy of sabotage and smash ‘Tibet independence forces’,” the newspaper said in the editorial, rejecting calls from US, European and Asian leaders for talks.

The commentary accused the Dalai Lama of masterminding protests in Tibet in the hope of undermining the August 8-24 Beijing Olympics and gaining Tibet independence from Beijing.

It said that “1.3 billion Chinese people, including the Tibetan people, would allow no person or force to undermine the stability of the region”.

The commentary rebuffed growing international calls for dialogue to end the crackdown on protests that began last week to mark the anniversary of a 1959 uprising against Beijing’s rule.

But Tibet’s government-in-exile today said talks between China and the Dalai Lama were crucial.

“Talks are more necessary than ever before,” Thubten Samphel, spokesman for the administration, told AFP. “China has always pursued this hard line and very forceful military solutions to the problems in Tibet, and these have never worked,” he said.

Earlier today, China said 18 “innocent” civilians and one police officer were killed in rioting in the Tibetan capital, Lhasa, raising its official death toll from 13.

Tibet’s government-in-exile in the Indian hill town of Dharamshala has put the toll from a week of unrest across the Himalayan region and neighbouring provinces at 99.

Yesterday, leaders in Japan and Poland joined the United States and other countries in an international appeal for restraint and dialogue.

They were joined today by 30 prominent Chinese writers and intellectuals who signed a letter to their government urging talks with the Tibetan spiritual leader.

They also called on China to open Tibet up to foreign media and to allow a team of independent UN investigators to carry out a full investigation of “the evidence, the course of the incident (and) the number of casualties”.

The signatories, who included Liu Xiaobo, Teng Biao and Wang Qisheng, also said China should show evidence it says it possesses that proves the Dalai Lama was behind the uprising.

US House of Representatives speaker Nancy Pelosi has also demanded that China come clean on repression in Tibet.

“The situation in Tibet is a challenge to the conscience of the world,” said Pelosi, who was greeted in Dharamshala by thousands of flag-waving Tibetan exiles as she arrived for talks yesterday with Tibet’s exiled spiritual leader.

“What is happening, the world needs to know,” she said.

However, China has responded to the protests with a massive clampdown on the affected areas, and yesterday released a most-wanted list of 19 people caught on film taking part in the Lhasa riots, amid warnings by activist groups of harsh reprisals.

Outside China, street demonstrations against the crackdown in Tibet continued today in Tokyo, where 600 people took to the streets.

In London, hundreds of demonstrators paused outside the Chinese embassy to sing Tibetan songs and chant “Chinese out” and “Long live the Dalai Lama”.

The protests come less than five months before the Beijing Olympics, which is becoming a magnet for more protests over Tibet and other issues.

On Monday, the symbolic start to events leading up to the Games is scheduled to take place in Greece when the Olympic flame is lit.

The Olympic flame is to be lit in the presence of International Olympic Committee president Jacques Rogge, whose organisation has been criticised for its silence on the Tibet crackdown.

Greek police told AFP that “stringent security” would be applied to deter anti-China protests during the ceremony.

After a tour of Greece, the flame will travel to Beijing for an official send-off ceremony on March 31 for the torch relay on its journey across five continents.

It then returns to China in May for the start of a domestic leg that includes three days in Tibet in mid-June after a scheduled stop at the summit of Mount Everest.

Pro-Tibet groups have said they are planning protests along the international route of the relay and in China.

Beijing insists such protests run counter to the Olympic Charter, which opposes using the Games for political propaganda.

AFP

Chief of June 4th Justice Website, Huang Qi disclosed that a lorry driver of Yongshun County, Liu Guan-Yong, was stopped and searched by a transportation levy officer. A scuffle broke out between the two men and the officer was accidentally crushed to death by the truck. Instantly a group of levy officers surrounded Liu and began beating him until most of his limbs were broken. They then dragged him to the local police.

Liu Jin, a local said that it is a common phenomenon for officers to resort to violence in the process of law enforcement, and the commoners of China have been pushed and trodden on for so long, which has triggered such an incident. He appealed to the county government to immediately release the dozens of villagers in detention that were arrested during the protests.

Large scale protests have broken out as Tibetan monks remembered the 49th anniversary of the Tibetan Anti-violence Day on March 10. The protest has extended to provinces including Qinghai and Gansu in China where ethnic Tibetans reside. On March 14th, the longest and biggest protest against the Chinese communist rule since 1989 erupted in the Tibetan capital of Lhasa. Eyewitnesses have confirmed that many shops and cars have been set on fire and shots were fired in the streets. Simultaneously in China around 4000 people put on a protest demonstration in Xiahe city in Gansu province.
Chinese officials have admitted to using guns and tear gas to crackdown on the monks and rioters killing 7 people. However, the Tibetan Government in Exile in the north of India has said that the Chinese military police have killed around 100 Tibetan protestors and continue to injure many others.

Interviews with local residents by SOH reporters on March 16th have revealed that the Chinese regime called an immediate stop to work and school classes after the sudden eruption of the large scale demonstration. Residents were also ordered to stay indoors. According to eyewitnesses, large groups of police, Chinese military, tank and armored vehicles lined the streets of Lhasa on March 15th. However there were still hundreds of Lamas who staged a protest march from the famous Labolengshi Temple.

Currently groups of police and military are stationed in Lhasa. They have surrounded 3 ancient temples. There are 2000 people barricaded within the Sera monastery. They are cut off from outside communication and food supplies. According to reports, two monks have slit their wrists in protest and the situation there is becoming critical. According to media, 14 monks have been arrested and 2 other monks from the Sera monastery have self-immolated. Currently there are large groups of Chinese communist military searching private residents sending Lhasa city into even more chaos and despair.

A number of community groups and democratic leaders in Hong Kong have voiced their concerns, including a protest to the Liaison Office of the Central People’s government to ask the Chinese Communist Party to respect the International Convention on Human Rights and the Olympic Charter and immediately cease the bloodshed and crackdown.

Chairman of the Hong Kong Alliance in Support of Patriotic Democratic Movements in China has said that there are some governments who have ignored the human rights situation in China due to trade and economic reasons and that he believes that the people of those countries will oppose these governments disgraceful lack of action.

On February 18, a Mainland Chinese youth Shen Qiu Zhe, issued an affidavit to the President of China Transitional Government Wu Fan, which reads as follows:

His Excellency, President Wu:

I hereby solemnly declare to you, China Transitional Government: From February 18, 2008, I only recognize China Transitional Government as the only legitimate and effective Chinese government for the Chinese nation and accept the oral or written decree, legal, temporary law and all other provisions signed by the President and to implement them. I do not recognize the organizations from the central to grassroots of the Communist regime at all levels or their control, all orders issued by its various affiliated organizations and refused to implement them. I also hope that I can become a formal citizen of the transitional government, with a new identity to embrace tomorrow. I also hope this affidavit to be published in various major internet websites, to encourage more people to make allegiance to the Transitional Government.

Shen Qiu Zhe

February 18, 2008

Shen Qiu Zhe said that he broke through China’s Internet blockade, and came to know the establishment of the Transitional Government of China. He wrote, “I was born in an environment soaked in the lies forged by the Chinese Communist Party, violence, deception, and the machinations it created. I believe these people are of moral turpitude, ignoring people at the verge of death. They are cruel murders, greedy and lustful, unscrupulous and commit all sorts of vicious deeds. These are not their inborn natures, but are developed and nurtured under the venoms of Chinese Communists. Chinese people have to immediately break free from the devilish Chinese Communists’ grip to overthrow the wicked Communist Party, to create a real Chinese Government of democracy, freedom, and a society ruled by the law.

I solemnly declare: For the future of the Chinese nation, for the sake of justice and truth, I am willing to sacrifice all I have and be deployed at your discretion at any time.

Shen Qiu Zhe

February 18, 2008

Shen Qiu Zhe said that he broke through China's Internet blockade, and came to know the establishment of the Transitional Government of China.

On February 16th, the President of Chinas Transitional Government Wu Fan wrote to urban and rural residents in Liaoning Province, responding to their declaration of autonomy. He stated that there are two very important concepts raised by Liaoning residents in their autonomy announcement.
Firstly, this concept should be expanded to all areas of China to let the Chinese people accept the concept of autonomy, and manage on their own. Also, to implement democratic electoral systems, and establishing organizational structures and decision-making processes within the autonomic region. An autonomic system should be one of essential foundations for China’s future political system. At least the social structure and political structure below county level should be an autonomic system, reducing the burden at provincial and central management levels of government. Japan and Taiwan have carried out this approach successfully.

Secondly, it should encourage the practice of non-violence and non-cooperation with the CCP. He said that this is a non-violent disintegration of the Chinese Communist Party, an effective way to crumble the Chinese Communist regime. It would ultimately attract and organize the general public against the Chinese Communist dictatorship. He stated that so far, the most successful example of Chinese people in non-violent protest against the Chinese Communist regime would be Falun Gong protesters. In the past nine years Falun Gong has gained success in non-violent protests against the Chinese Communist regime at home and abroad, winning the sympathy and support of other peoples around the world.

Lastly Mr Fan wrote that he admires those urban and rural residents in Liaoning Province for their courage and determination to demand autonomy. He hopes that they will continue until the very end and prevail despite the extreme challenges that will face them. And finally providing a strong role model for ordinary people in China.

Chinese Interim Government published an article on February 12th to call for the rescue of Chinese human rights attorney Guo Feixong. The article called for the unification of the power of justice to compel Wang Yang, Secretary of Guangdong Provincial Party Committee to release attorney Guo.

The article wrote that “Human rights attorney Mr Guo Feixong was severely persecuted by the Chinese communist regime headed by Wang Yang, Secretary of Guangdong Provincial Party Committee, for Guo’s involvement in human rights activities in Taishi village of Guangdong Province and also for his rescue efforts for fellow human rights attorney Gao Zhisheng.

The Chinese Interim Government calls upon the power of “just” people and everyone to compel Wang Yang to release human rights attorney Guo Feixong, or Wang shall be solely responsible for the effects triggered by this event. At the same time, we urge Wang Yang to keep up with the changes and cooperate with the strategies of the Chinese Interim Government and proactively resign from the position of Secretary of Guangdong Provincial Party Committee to save himself from the plight of being spurned by thousands.”

Addressing the dictatorship of the CCP, the Chinese Interim Government has published the “Policy Guidelines and Detailed Instructions for Nationwide Defence of Human Rights and Resistance of Violence” which will focus on the peaceful breakdown of the Secretary of the Party Committee. According to police, the Chinese Interim Government has formulated a method of persuading Wang Yang to quit the Secretary position or to make ineffective the position of The Secretary of Guangdong Provincial Party Committee through the following procedures:

Starting from today, within the next month:
1: to instruct Wang Yang to properly treat attorney Guo Feixong and cease further criminal activities using State machines.
2: to instruct Wang Yang to proactively leave the position of the Secretary of Guangdong Provincial Party Committee
3: for various rights activities to start collecting information on Wang Yang.
4: to post up notices to publicise and reveal the evil deeds of Wang Yang in areas around his work and home.

For the second month, the procedures will be to send personal messages to Wang Yang’s office through personal visits and telephone calls and also to call for justice through posting messages, reporting corrupt activities, publicising scandals, and restricting Wang Yang’s movement. The plan also involves collecting information on other officials who have participated in persecuting rights activities including name lists, telephone numbers, addresses, photos, voice recordings and other evidence of crime to be published online.

In recent years in Chengdu city, Sichuan province, violent incidents where private properties have been forcibly dismantled continually occur, leaving civilians with no where to appeal.
On the 28th of January, demolition officers from Jinjiang District assaulted a householder Cheng Quanlin and is now in hospital. His wife, Wu Zhijun, said the officers from Chengdu City had threatened them over the phone and also damaged street lamps of householders who hadn’t signed agreements with the office. Ms Wu said that nearly all of them had been driven away by halting their water and power supplies. However, Ms Wu said they would fight until the end. At present, 200 bungalow householders have had to move away due to officers’ threats. Ms Wu and another householder are the only two left and still continue to fight against the district authorities.

Chen Yanping, a rights advocate from Taiping Village, Chendu City also claims that her 82 year-old-mother had been assaulted and nearly passed away while the authorities had forcibly dismantled their workshops owned collectively by the villagers. The houses in Taiping Village have been violently dismantled many times and about 1,000 villagers haven’t had access to water for a month.

According to 6.4 Tian Net’s reports a householder in Chengdu was burnt to death as a result of the demolition and his wife and daughter are still in hospital. A 62-year-old rural woman has had her hands and feet chopped off in a more violent demolition.

Huang Xiaomin, a rights advocate from Chengdu said the main reason that people from the authorities dare to pillage citizens’ private properties through extreme means, is because the universal phenomena of lawlessness, unscrupulous behaviour and corruption in Mainland society makes people more desperate. Another reason is the government is turning a blind eye to such practices.
